Overview
Aero Dynamics specialises in the customised design and large scale manufacturing of premium quality Paragliders for a worldwide clientele.
With our Partner network of Aqua Dynamics and its main suppliers of Liros, Porcher-Sport as well as Dominico, we are able to guarantee the unparalleled ‘Aero Dynamics Standard’.
The ‘Aero Dynamics Standard.’ Quality manufactured in Sri Lanka.
Phase 1 – Materials
A premium product is a reflection of the manufacturer’s access to a network of resources. Our materials are sourced to main European Standards and we are also quality certified to ISO 9001:2015.
French company Porcher-Sport provides the premium Skytex Sail Cloth for the production of Gliders. Dominico cloth is also implemented. Not only is it the best material on the market for gliders, but their experience and knowledge of the Manufacturing and Safety standards for this material are of prime importance to us.
At any time we have 60.000 running metres available within our production facility.
The Paragliding Bridles are imported from the German company Liros, where the main focus is on the safety and high performance characteristics of their products.
We have the ability to develop Pulleys, Speed Bars and Magnet Holders if necessary using our experienced in-house product consultants who also work to European Standards.
The preparation process prior to any form of cutting includes testing the porosity of the material using our Layering Machine and manual techniques for layering and relaxing the material. The allocated materials are placed into bundles and labelled with a barcode so their progress and quality can be monitored.
Phase 2 – Cutting
Our Laser Cutting Machine delivers precision and accuracy making this process more efficient and exact. The technology also ensures that the contour point is sealed and therefore minimises the chance of any tearing in the materials.
Phase 3 – Printing
The in-house printing facility covers all techniques available on the market with the capacity to perform Digital Printing across the whole glider, along with the scope to accommodate any material, size or area. Such a wide range of options guarantees to our customers any design in their desired finish.
These techniques include:
- Digital Sublimation print
- Digital Latex printer.
- Heat transfer
- Screen Printing
Phase 3 – Glider Assembling
A glider is modular-assembled prior to testing allowing control and inspection at each stage. The ‘Aero Dynamics Standard’ certifies premium quality and safety. Clients are able to select a fully customised service from our assembling options and procedures.
Phase 4 – Testing + Packing.
All paragliders are inflated and internal components are rigorously checked. Our Modular System and Laser Technology guarantees that no paraglider leaves the factory without meeting the ‘Aero Dynamics Standard’.
Once the glider is approved, the product is bagged and tagged, with the additional option of customer barcoding.
